Learning to sit in the seat of your soul…
Ages: Teens to Adults
In our culture, we tend to live from the seat of the mind. Our mind needs something to serve. If we don’t have a practice that anchors us in our body, the mind ends up serving a story—a story that we accepted about ourselves as we grew up. Through yoga, we can learn to have one eye turned inward and one turned outward. From this vantage point, we can discern from our bodies what the soul wants to say yes to and what the soul wants to say no to. Our minds are now serving our soul, and we are on our life path from moment to moment. Join me in this class where we explore yoga asana and breathwork with this intention.
Instructor: Janet Golownia
